Shipping

Shipping costs within Germany

Within Germany we charge a shipping fee of 2,50 Euro. From 25,00 Euro we deliver free of charge within Germany.

Shipping costs worldwide

Shipping to foreign countries depends on the weight and size:
For orders up to two SKEEN items the shipping costs are 5,20 Euro. For orders of three or more SKEEN items we ship for 7,20 Euro. Shipping abroad is by registered post. From 50,00 Euro we ship worldwide free of charge.

Delivery

We deliver every Monday with Deutsche Post by "Warensendung".

We do not guarantee the estimated delivery time. Your order may be delayed or not sent. In this case we will inform you immediately by e-mail.

Depending on when your order is received, most orders leave our facility on Mondays. If it takes a bit longer during busy times (such as Christmas or after holidays), we apologize. If a delivery is otherwise delayed, you will be notified by us. Currently the following guidelines apply:

Shipping within Germany not insured and without tracking, delivery time 1-3 business days.
Shipping within the EU insured and with tracking, delivery time 1-2 weeks.
Worldwide shipping insured and with tracking, delivery time 2-5 weeks.

Note: Shipping to Middle- and South-America, Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand may take up to 6 weeks.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

Paid in advance via bank transfer or Sofort
SEPA Direct debit
Credit- or Debit-Card (Visa and MasterCard)
GiroPay

Payment by direct debit or credit card is made via PayPal and is possible without a PayPal account. Choose your payment method after the checkout.

If you choose payment in advance, you will receive our bank details by e-mail after the purchase. The ordered goods will then be shipped on Tuesday or Friday after receipt of the total amount.
